After purchase, the buyer is
NON-EXCLUSIVE (more info
here) owner of the instrumental
and may use this for any commercial project AS LONG AS credit is given
where appropriate to La Cantina Productions and the relevant producer.
The correct format to use wherever credit is due, is the following:
Name of your track which uses our instrumental - Produced by Name of Producer for La Cantina Productions.

All our tracks are globally copyright protected by BMI. Failure
to give credit will result in us being unable to clear the copyright for
you and will lead to serious legal action. Real artists don't steal!!
Q: Your beats are
cheaper than elsewhere on the web?? Where's the catch??
A: No catch! We're in it for the love
of music and because we love to hear talented artists performing over
our beats. We take every purchase as a personal compliment (you're
paying for our hardwork!) and like to think that some of you out there
will make it big over our beats!
Q: My internet connection is slow and unreliable,
can you mail me my beats?
A: Yes, but we will have to add $5 for postage. Just buy your beats (s) and then send us an email
asking us to mail you your beats and we will take it from there.
Q: Have all the
samples used in your instrumentals been cleared?
A: Most of our instrumentals are
either entirely composed by our producers or use royalty free samples.
If you need details on sample clearance for any specific beats, please
ask and we'll be happy to help.
Q: I'd like to use one of your instrumentals for a
movie, ad, presentation, radio jingle, tv show or other form of media;
may I do so? Do I need a media license?
A: Absolutely! And no, there is no need
for a media license. But you are required to
notify us so we can clear the copyright with BMI for you and also
discuss giving us credit where this is due.
Q: Can I rearrange the instrumental the way I
like? For example alter the chorus/verse structure to suit my needs?
A: Absolutely! Our instrumentals
are mixed into a standard chorus/verse structure, but feel free to use
an audio editor to rearrange parts to suit your needs.

A: 44 Khz 128 Kbit Stereo mp3 in a
zip file for easy download. Instrumentals will be
engineered to perfection at our studios, the sound quality will be
optimal.

A: Yes, if interested in purchasing
exclusive rights for any of our beats and consequently having it
removed from ALL of our catalogues, email us at
info@lacantinaproductions.com for further details.
Q: What if I am
unhappy with the instrumental I download?
A: Just email
support@lacantinaproductions.com stating what the issue is
and we'll decide together what the best thing to do is.
Q: I don't have a
credit card, can I still purchase instrumentals from your site?
A: Yes. You may use Paypal, UK Solo
and Switch cards or electronic cheques. We cannot accept mail payments,
cash or any other cards.
Q: Can I use Paypal?
A: Yes. Click on the "Order Now"
button and you will see a Paypal payment option
Q: In what
currency should I make my payments?
A: US Dollars, otherwise
the different currencies available on our checkout page.
Q: What if I am having problems streaming audio?
A: Try again later, the network may be busy. Alternatively, try using
Winamp; it seems to work better than all other mp3
playback software. If you persistently get problems, email
support and we will try and resolve the issue.
Q: What if I
have problems downloading the instrumental or get a weird error message?
A: Send an email to support@lacantinaproductions.com
clearly stating the problem. Within 24 hours we'll contact you and provide assistance. Do not panic if this happens,
in most cases this is due to problems with our web host or payment
processor and not us. Your credit card won't be charged until the
transaction is successfully completed.
Please remember to also add our email address to your safe list,
otherwise our response may get stuck in your spam folder...
Q: What if I
have problems paying for the instrumental?
A: In most cases this will be due to
delays in processing your credit card payment. Please be patient as we
do this for your own security. If still concerned, or for any other problem,
